I'm a Lead Product Designer based in Sydney, Australia. I've built one design practice from a team of one and led another across a suite of products.

The best digital products emerge when design and engineering share a common language. And I speak both.

My work centres on design systems, qualitative research, and building teams that ship work they're proud of. I specialise in the craft of UI - the attention to spacing, states, and transitions that make functional interfaces understandable and functional.

When I'm not designing, I'm reading books, cycling along Sydney's coast, or working on woodcraft projects.

The Journey

  1. 2022 - 2026

    Humanforce

    ANZ workforce management platform. Rostering, HR, payroll and analytics, used every day by 600,000+ frontline workers.

    Lead Product Designer

    Led the design practice across the suite, through a run of acquisitions.

    • Founded Mango UI, the design system six product teams design and build with.
    • Grew the team from two to six, and wrote down what junior through lead design work looks like.
    • Redesigned Roster Manager, collapsing three apps into one.
    • Built ux-design-agent, an AI agent that the design team uses every day to prototype in real code.

  2. 2021 - 2022

    Lendlease

    One of Australia's largest property developers. Podium is their property lifecycle platform, used by site and asset teams.

    Senior Product Designer

    Set the design system practice on Podium and led Track & Trace end to end.

    • Contributed to the foundations of the design system adopted by 25+ designers across the organisation
    • Mentored three digital graduates. Two moved into permanent design roles

  3. 2020 - 2021

    33Bondi

    Sydney digital agency.

    Senior Digital Designer

    Client work across e-commerce, brand identity and cross-channel campaigns, alongside the agency's own rebrand.

    • Supervised the Blooms The Chemist e-commerce build, with the client from discovery through delivery
    • Designed and built the first draft of the agency's own website

  4. 2018 - 2020

    Ezypay

    Sydney subscription-payments fintech, serving merchants across Australia and New Zealand.

    UX/UI Design Lead

    Founded the design practice and grew it from sole designer to a team of four as the company scaled from startup to regional payments provider.

    • Designed both operator-facing and customer-facing web apps in a regulated payments environment

    The Iconic

    Australia's largest online fashion retailer.

    Lead Web Designer

    Campaign and landing page design across seasonal launches and cross-channel marketing.
